The World for the Workers Reception, 15 February 1906
Three days after the formation of the Parliamentary Labour Party the Independent Labour Party held a reception for the Labour Representation Committee, socialist MPs and parliamentary candidates and delegates to the Labour Representation Committee Conference.
Entertainment included speeches by Keir Hardie and Ramsay Macdonald and renditions of England Arise and Sons of Labour.
